1.Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

- Original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice are intact
- Items not eligible for return include:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or regular wear and tear
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
2.How to Request a Return
To start a return request:

within 7 days of receiving your order - Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3.Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
