2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, customers may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy available on the website.
3. Prepaid Orders & Refunds
For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before shipment:
* The full order value will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
* Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days from confirmation of cancellation.
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
4. Cancellation by ZORZIA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

* Payment authorization or verification issues
* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
* Delivery service limitations or non-serviceable locations

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
